Nan's Yorkshire Recipe from Yorkshire, UK

1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Beat ingredients together.  Let sit 'till bubbles settle.  Add a little roast beef au jus In the tin (about 1 tbsp), put in the oven at 450, until hot.  Add (about 2 tsbp) mix, bake at 450, lower to 400 when they start to raise.

Caution - don''t burn the Yorkshire puddings!
Walk softly near stove, so they don't fall...
